    • The project was carried out in cooperation with NATO - Science for Peace and Security programme, MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Croatian National Protection and Rescue Directorate. The goal of the project is to explore how concepts of graph databases could be used in Next Generation Incident Management Systems.
  • User Experience of the Future - Smart Specialization and Contemporary Communication and Collaboration Technology (IRI Hyper), 2017 - 2019
    • The project was carried out in cooperation with companies Sedam IT and Radilica, and comprised of industrial research and experimental product development for modern user experience and support in contact centers. A set of project activities was focused on building a data model of the underlying knowledge base and the entire knowledge system architecture, able to automatically provide an answer to users' questions.
