On Thursday, January 16, 2025, Dr. Uroš Trstenjak and Luka Reisman from Databox delivered an invited lecture to third-year students of the university study program Informatics and Data Technologies. The lecture was part of the Integration and digitalization technologies course. They presented Databox’s challenges and solutions for integrating modern solutions and services.
Students were introduced to Databox’s approaches for developing integration solutions with various data sources and services, as well as the challenges developers face when integrating these solutions and services. The invited lecture was enriched with a practical challenge where students, using Databox solutions, developed their own data board for visualizing metrics based on data connected from arbitrary sources.
The invited lecture and practical challenge enhanced the Integration and digitalization technologies course by providing students with additional knowledge and practical skills related to information systems and service integration.
