Between September 9th and 11th, 2024, the eleventh international workshop SQAMIA 2024 (Software Quality Analysis, Monitoring, Improvement, and Applications), was organized by the Department of Mathematics and Informatics of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Novi Sad.
Among all the contributions, the Zoran Budimac Best Paper Award was given to Vasilka Saklamaeva, a young researcher from the Institute of Informatics.
In co-authorship with her mentor, Luka Pavlič, she presented the paper “Effort estimation in software development – is AI a resourceful addition?“. Sixty-three authors from 11 different countries and 18 different institutions presented papers within six sections, addressing the topics of software quality assurance, software metrics, software testing, DevOps, the role of artificial intelligence in quality assurance, and applications in the areas.
